Grade 9: activities to help people in Ya'an

After the Ya'an earthquake in Sichuan province, students in grade 9 came up with the idea to help people who were affected by this disaster. Many students joined this activity and since April 4th they have been collecting second hand books, clothes and new school supplies. They also sold home-made cookies to help families with financial problems. The intentions were to rebuild the school library in Ya'an so the children can continue their studies and move on from what they had lost. A lot of kind-hearted students have donated many supplies and one classroom has been filled.
