The Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony of the Primary Section was a great way to start a fresh year.

The new students, and returning students were welcomed with open arms by the principal, Miss Bao. They were made to feel at home and a part of the family throughout the welcoming speech. After being reminded of the school’s expectations, we were treated with short presentations from some of the students themselves.It was a pleasure to hear the exciting and bubbly speakers who told us about how much they had learned last year and how much they are looking forward to this coming year.To close the opening ceremony, the best students of last year were rewarded with gifts and a certificate of achievement for their hard work.Let’s hope this year will be as successful as last year…maybe even better!
