Grade11&12 Opening Ceremony - student

The students’ speeches this year were again very inspiring and insightful. Friso Xiao from 11(10), Chengying Kuo from class 11(2), and Danielle Pi from class 11(1) presented their individual view on academics, university, and graduation preparation. Friso showed us, using a personal anecdote, that no matter what our interests are, as long as we pursue them, we will be have a chance to establish a successful career doing what we like. Danielle pointed out the painfully familiar dilemmas of lacking motivation and suggested promising solutions. Chenying further encouraged us to keep trying by reminding us of the reason we are here, namely our hopes for a fruitful future.
