2024 Senior Prom - An Enchanting Masquerade Ball

On June 2, 2024, the class of 2024 gathered for a magical evening at the Wanda Reign Hotel to celebrate their Senior Promenade. The event, themed "Masquerade," invited attendees to embrace the mystique and allure of the night by adorning themselves with elaborate masks and elegant attire, reminiscent of a Venetian soirée.

The evening commenced with students signing in and receiving their customized gift bags, which included personalized items for the graduating class and a heartwarming surprise. This initial gathering with groups of 7 to 10 friends at each round table set the tone for a night filled with excitement and anticipation.

As everyone settled in, the festivities began with a sumptuous buffet dinner. The classic spread included a charcuterie board, seafood bar, appetizers, desserts, and more, providing a delicious start to the evening. Friends and classmates enjoyed their meals together, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and celebration.

While seniors enjoyed the meal, talented students took to the stage to showcase their musical prowess, dance skills, and theatrical expressions. These performances captivated the audience, adding to the enchantment of the masquerade ball. A highlight of the evening was the announcement of Prom Royalty, Superlatives, and Best Promposal winners. Students eagerly awaited the results, which celebrated the unique personalities and memorable moments of the senior class. Chelsea Chen and Nick Lin were crowned prom queen and king, much to the delight of the attendees.

Towards the end of the evening, class and grade pictures were taken to preserve the memories of this unforgettable night.

As the night drew to a close, the masquerade theme served as a fitting metaphor for the transition the students are about to make. Just as the masks were lifted at the end of the evening, the graduates are ready to step into their future, revealing their true selves and the potential that lies ahead.
