Grade 9 Assembly: Announcing Start of the Performance Season

On the morning of May 20, the students of grade nine of SHSID gathered in the B1 Theatre to attend assembly.



Firstly, Helen and Ricky from tenth grade awarded the students who donated to the Shangyuan Club’s program to help support people in rural areas. They received certificates and took a group photo.



Then, Alfie, Bingyi, Steven, and Jec presented MIX Day’s history-themed activities to the students. They also introduced IHBB, the International History Bee & Bowl, a global history quiz competition in which students test their historical knowledge.



After that, the club members of L2D gave the students a snippet of their new musical, Come From Away, which will be performed throughout the Performance season.



Lastly, IDX introduced its new study guides to help students better review for tests and exams.
