Grade 9 Assembly: Approaching Summer Break and Cherishing Memories of Youth

June 13, 2025

On June 10, the Grade 9 students gathered for their final grade assembly of the year. When the host announced that the winners of Wednesday's "Knowledge Knockout" competition would receive special prizes, the auditorium erupted in excitement, buzzing with whispers brimming with competitive spirit and barely contained anticipation. This CAS activity is both a knowledge contest and an intellectual battle between students.

The subsequent Water Rocket awarding ceremony brought the atmosphere to its peak. With beaming smiles, the proud teachers presented certificates to those who had excelled in the physics water rocket competition. Each student walked away not just with a beautifully crafted award but with irreplaceable youthful memories of adjusting their rockets under the blazing sun, of launch sequences, and of hard-earned achievements. With the rockets’ beautiful traces under that blue sky, these memories will be forever cherished in the students' young minds. At this moment, learning reveals its dynamic nature - it can be the mental sparring between friends, or the hard-won success on the awards podium after days and nights of effort. Education was never a dreary task, but rather a treasured imprint of growth, perfectly embodied in this singular assembly.
