Grade 11 Assembly: Introducing the Hang - A Musical Instrument

During the assembly on April 25, students were treated to a unique musical performance by one of their peers, Linda, who introduced everyone to the Hang, a relatively unfamiliar musical instrument to all. After six months of practicing the Hang, Linda has developed a profound interest in the Hang. She provided background information on its origins and significance before delivering a captivating performance.

Playing a melodic tune called 《曦泉》 that filled the assembly hall with its enchanting notes, Linda's rendition of the song showcased her dedication and commitment to mastering the instrument. The audience listened attentively as she played, with many acknowledging the beauty of the musical instrument.

Following her musical presentation, Linda took the opportunity to share her thoughts on the importance of continuous learning and fostering creativity in one's life, even during seemingly inconvenient circumstances. She also emphasized the value of exploring new interests and seeking out growth opportunities, encouraging her peers to seek creativity and challenge themselves in life.
