Grade 10 Assembly: Happy Body, Happy Life

On the morning of October 15, the assembly of the new semester for Grade 10 was successfully held in the Zhongxing Building Theater. This assembly focused on "Health and Growth", with student representatives leading the sharing session and introducing environmental protection-related activities.


Steven from class 3 shared around the theme of "Happy Body, Happy Life". Combining his own experience of appendicitis surgery, he talked about the post-operative recovery process and insights, emphasized the importance of regular work and rest as well as a balanced diet, shared a positive attitude towards injuries and illnesses, and reminded students to pay attention to their health and avoid health risks. Steven also mentioned the lunchtime health lecture plan of the Active-Health Club, which he founded, for this semester, and called on everyone to support the school basketball team's varsity home game on that day.



The entire assembly was rich in content and provided students with valuable health inspirations.
