Grade 9 Assembly: Teamwork on the Field

On October 28, ninth-grade students gathered in ZXB B1 Theater for the Week 9 Assembly. Two students from Class 9(2), Eason and Ryan, gave an engaging presentation introducing the SHSID U15 Soccer Team. The SHSID U15 Soccer Team is an official school sports team composed of eighth and ninth-graders. Training sessions take place after school every Monday and Thursday, and the team frequently participates in inter-school matches, achieving outstanding results. The team plays in a 2-3-1 formation, comprising two defenders, two wingers, and one midfielder, with an emphasis on flexibility and coordination.



During the presentation, team members were invited to share their experiences. Ray remarked that all teammates are deeply passionate and highly dedicated. Before every match, players communicate and strategize together, demonstrating strong collaboration and mutual respect. Believing teamwork to be the most valuable spirit in SHSID sports, they unite on the field to make every game competitive and enjoyable.


Through this assembly, students not only gained insight into the teamwork behind SHSID sports but were also reminded of the importance of collaboration, enthusiasm, and commitment, both on and off the field.
