Academic Competition: UKMT - Mathematical Olympiad for Girls (UKMT - MOG) Awards Winners
In the September 2025 "UKMT - Mathematical Olympiad for Girls (UKMT - MOG)", our students achieved outstanding results.

The United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT) was established in 1996. As the largest mathematics assessment institution in the UK, it provides a variety of national - level mathematics assessment activities for 700,000 students from more than 6,000 schools every year. The mission of UKMT is to improve the mathematics education level of teenagers, make them fall in love with mathematics, and actively use mathematics to solve problems. UKMT - MOG is part of the UKMT series of assessments. It is specifically designed for girls in Grade 10 and above to increase the participation of female students in mathematics assessments. Currently, more than 5,000 students in the UK sign up for UKMT - MOG every year, attracting an increasing number of female students to participate.
UKMT - MOG consists of five challenging questions, each worth 10 points. Participants are required to complete the questions within two and a half hours. Those with excellent results will receive a Certificate of Distinction, and their results will also be used as an important reference for selecting students to participate in the European Girls' Mathematical Olympiad.
A special shout out to the students from SHSID for their outstanding performance during the exam: they have won 2 Global Distinctions, 1 Global Merit, 1 Best in Year, and 1 Best in School.

Congratulations to all our award-winning students! We appreciate every student’s hard work and participation in this contest. May our students continue to demonstrate their excellence and sharpen their skills in the years to come, reaching for new heights of success!
