Grade 10: Strategic Course Selection to Empower Your Future
On the afternoon of April 1, course selection information session was held for each Grade 10 class, where teachers guided students to further optimize their course selection plans, ensuring that their choices aligned with their long-term academic goals, future development directions, and college application preparations.
As grade 10 students near the midway mark in their high school journeys, the decision for different curriculums and courses is at their hands. Previously, every student engaged in one-on-one consultations with their homeroom teacher, plus, through a series of lectures held by subject teachers on course day, students were able to grasp the prerequisites, content, and rigor for each of their desired subjects.
During this session, homeroom teachers gave a more detailed explanation to the students on the curriculum setups and course selection rules. Combining the characteristics of each curriculum system, the teachers analyzed the different course combinations, helping the students further clarify their ideas for course selection. In response to the students’questions regarding their course selections, the teachers patiently answered each one in detail, accurately solving the students’confusions. Subsequently, under the guidance of the teachers, students carefully filled out the official course selection forms based on their interests and future university major plans.
Course selection is a key step in the high school journey, serving as an important bridge connecting current learning with future development. May everyone get a clearer plan after this informative session.
