Social Sciences Department: SHSID Students Performed Well in the Business Pioneer Case Challenge Award 2025-2026

April 17, 2026

BPC (Business Pioneer Case Challenge) is a global youth business challenge officially authorized by Harvard Business School. Participants dive into real-world corporate cases spanning technology, culture, entertainment, sports and many other fields, master the case study method widely used in top universities around the world, team up with outstanding peers to act as corporate executives, and develop complete business proposals for Fortune Global 500 companies.

Leveraging authentic, original cases from Harvard Business School, participants take part in immersive corporate role-play and refine core professional skills via elevator pitches, business negotiations and brand collaborations. In the process, they have the opportunities to demonstrate outstanding business insight and hands-on leadership potential.

Each year, students passionate about business and economics from our school enthusiastically take part in this challenge. In this year’s National Round held in Shanghai, eight of SHSID students were recognized with awards. Most notably, in the Global Round hosted by Harvard Business School, Lilly Liu delivered an exceptional performance, claiming the Best Problem Insight Award, the Outstanding Individual Challenge Award, and leading her team to capture First Prize.

Congratulations to all award-winning students! We wish every participant continued success as they pursue and express their passion for economics and business.
