Grade 11: Assembly — Time Management

On March 14, 11th grader Corrine introduced her time management techniques that she had adopted to the grade during assembly.

With a lot of tasks at hand, she recommended dividing workload up by importance and urgency. Tasks that are important but not urgent should not be discarded temporarily; instead, she explains that she utilizes fragments of time to think through these tasks. Instead of repeating known methods of concentrating on work, she encourages the audience to find their optimal study and leisure ratio to improve efficiency. Furthermore, communicating with teachers and peers can also improve efficiency and help with not procrastinating. Throughout the lecture, Corrine provided multiple examples of her daily plans as well as overall plans for larger projects like the IA.

Lastly, she reminded the audience that time flies by quickly and so planning is extremely important to both declutter the mind and spread out the tasks into manageable parts.
