Puxi Campus G6: Magic Cube Competition
The Rubik's Cube competition, that started the second week of the semester, has been warmly welcomed by the Puxi Campus 6th graders. The students not only signed up enthusiastically, but also started practicing early on, refining their rapid hand movements and techniques. The Rubik's Cubes rotated at high speeds in the hands of the players, and the colorful blocks were quickly reset as time passed. As the Rubik's Cubes were swiftly manipulated in the hands of the sixth graders, the students demonstrated their passion, excitement, and unique styles in a competitive extra-curricular spirit.
The competition was divided into two main parts: the third-order Rubik's Cube and the fourth-order Rubik's Cube, which attracted the active participation of many puzzle enthusiasts. In the Third Order Rubik's Cube Competition, student Derek, Ray and Ethan from class 2 won the applause of the audience with their calm performance and precise operational skills. They won the first, second and third prizes with absolute superiority, demonstrating extraordinary Rubik's cube skills and comprehensive competitive strength.
In the Fourth Order Rubik's Cube Competition, student Lucas from 6-10 stood out from the fierce competition with his cool and advanced Rubik's Cube techniques and successfully won the Championship. His unique solution and innovative ideas not only won the judges' unanimous praise, but also amazed the audience. Victor from 6-10 and Ray from 6-2 won 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
The competition was not only a test and ranking of skills, but also an opportunity to show skills and collaborate achievement. The contestants compared and contrasted strategies and techniques amongst one other, inspiring each other to demonstrate a positive mental outlook and instilling the courage to challenge themselves. These excellent players achieved amazing results in the competition and set an example in the whole school. Doubtlessly, the participants have inspired more students be interested in Rubik's cube.
The successful organization of this Student Rubik's Cube Competition not only enriches the after-school life of students, but also improves their comprehension clarity and competitive level. We look forward to similar activities in the future, so that students can challenge and surpass themselves in a competitive setting and demonstrate increasingly improved achievement and talent.
