Grade 10: Assembly - Sharing of Experience about the Duke of Edinburgh Award

On the morning of Feb. 28, 2024, the 10th-grade students gathered in the Lecture Hall of the Zhentao Building to attend the first weekly assembly of the semester. Jason from class 10(12) came upstage to give a presentation on his experience of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Jason firstly introduced the Duke of Edinburgh Award to all the students. He mentioned that the award consists of multiple parts that require consistency and diligence. He then elaborated on the Adventure Journey section of the award, in which each team of students is required to navigate routes by themselves, travel to a designated destination, and complete a project along the way. Finally, Jason made a reflection on the journey and recommended it to the students. He received the Bronze award he earned last summer. The students in the audience found Jason's sharing very informative.
