Countdown to SHSID's 30th Anniversary Alumni Reunion Day | Event Guide

The Alumni Reunion Day event is scheduled for Dec 27th.

We look forward to welcoming SHSID alumni from all walks of life back to our alma mater.

Entry

On the Alumni Reunion Day, alumni are kindly requested to enter through the North Gate (Address: 989 Bai Se Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai) with the electronic invitation (which will be sent to the email address provided during the registration for the Alumni Reunion Day event).

Souvenirs and Event Information Page

The school has prepared a commemorative gift and an event information page for each alumni member who has registered for the Alumni Reunion Day event. Please collect it during registration, limited to one per person.

Transportation

01 Subway

Alumni using the subway can take Lines 1/3/15 to Shanghai South Railway Station Exit 1, or Line 15 to East China University of Science and Technology Station Exit 2.

02 Bus

Alumni using buses can take routes such as 957, 857, 111, 56, 718, 720, 731, 755, 820, 824, 973, 192, 131, 867, Minhang 20, etc.

03 Friendly Reminder

There is no parking available on campus on the Alumni Reunion Day, and we encourage alumni to use eco-friendly transportation.

Weather Advisory

As we are currently experiencing a cold wave and flu season, alumni are advised to consider weather conditions when choosing attire. To ensure everyone's health and safety, the school has equipped major activity areas with masks, hand sanitizers, and other necessary protective items. Feel free to contact on-site volunteers if needed.

Live Streaming

On the Alumni Reunion Day, we will conduct video streaming via Tencent Meeting and simultaneously provide a live photo stream. Even if unable to attend in person, alumni can participate in real-time, interact with on-site teachers and students, share memories and joy, and celebrate our alma mater's 30th birthday together.
