Puxi Campus G6 Chinese Department Science Fiction Month Comes to a Successful End
In the past month, all the teachers and students of the sixth grade Chinese group have explored the unknown universe together, imagined the world of the future, and enjoyed a time full of imagination and creativity! On Friday, a unique science fiction month event was held at Xianmian Building.
In the event, Ms. Ruan Xiaofang, a renowned children's literature writer, a promoter of children's reading, and the author of the "Moshasha's Magic Library" series of fantasy novels, shared her creative experience with the children and led them into a fairy tale world full of fantasy colors. She cleverly combined fairy tale elements with science fiction imagination to create a unique literary world, allowing the students to deeply appreciate the charm of literary creation.
Ms. Gu Bei, a renowned science fiction translator and writer, explained the mysteries of science fiction literature from an imaginative perspective. She guided the students to spread their imaginative wings, exploring the unknown universe, and experiencing the endless imagination brought by science fiction literature. The wonderful lectures of the two guests gave students a deeper understanding of science fiction literature and provided them with broader ideas for their creations.
The awards session, which was exciting for the students, was also held on the same day. In this science fiction month, the students experienced the wonders of future technology in the world of science fiction movies. They followed the protagonist on a thrilling adventure in the ocean of science fiction. And on the path of creating science fiction stories, they have traveled throughout the interstellar space, creating an infinite world of possibilities for the future! After intense selection, a group of excellent science fiction stories emerged in the end. These works fully showcase the creativity and imagination of our sixth grade students, while also reflecting their profound understanding and love for science fiction literature. Ms. Ruan Xiaofang, Ms. Gu Bei, Ms. Chen Fan, Head of SHSID Middle School Chinese Department and Ms. Liu Qiong, the Teaching Supervisor, presented awards and took photos with the award-winning students.
