Grades 11-12: Fire Drill

On November 23, juniors and seniors took part in a fire drill at the Xianmian Building. As the fifth period was about to end, the fire alarm went off in the building. Students and teachers quickly stopped what they were doing and left their classrooms orderly.

Juniors were instructed to meet at the front side of the building, while seniors gathered at the back door. A simulation device that imitated smoke added a practical element to the drill, helping students understand the seriousness of such situations.

Students grouped by homeroom classes outside with the help of the teachers and class monitors. The drill was largely successful with everyone evacuating on time.

In conclusion, the fire drill at the Xianmian Building was a productive exercise. It demonstrated students' ability to respond quickly and raised everyone's awareness of fire safety.
