Puxi G4 Math | Exploring the Beauty of Mathematics: Students' Creative Brilliance Shines
As golden leaves fall, G4 students filled with creativity and a passion for learning take us on a fascinating journey of reading and creation about mathematics.
This journey began with the students' reading and contemplation of the engaging book "Math Curse" by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith. Through reading, students discovered the magic of mathematics and were captivated by its wonders. They then selected mathematical concepts and themes that piqued their interests and created imaginative mathematical posters.
In these posters, students combined colorful illustrations with informative text to showcase their chosen mathematical concepts. They first designed creative titles to catch the reader's eyes. Then, they observed everyday phenomena and posed thought-provoking questions inspired by these observations. These questions deeply intrigued them and motivated them to delve into the mathematical mysteries that surround them. Finally, the students provided clear solutions to these questions, demonstrating their arithmetical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Reading makes us knowledgeable, and mathematics sharpen our thinking. When literature and arithmetic came together, the G4 students unleashed their boundless love for mathematics. This golden autumn, let us all feel the beauty of mathematics and the magic of creativity, welcoming the brilliance of mathematics in the autumn days.
