Pudong Campus G5: P&B Class—Safety Education

The G5 students at SHSID Pudong Campus participated in a comprehensive safety education program during their recent PB class on September 12th. This dynamic session covered a range of vital topics, including traffic regulations for cars and school buses, as well as essential first-aid bandaging skills.

During this engaging class, the students delved into the intricacies of safe vehicle usage. They meticulously reviewed the relevant guidelines outlined in the school's rules and regulations. One noteworthy aspect was their ability to discern whether children depicted in images adhered to the prescribed safety measures while traveling.

The learning journey continued as students explored various bandaging techniques, relying on both educational video clips and guidance from their dedicated teachers. After practicing in small groups, the students also had a group competition to see who could bandage faster and better by applying the bandaging skills in practice. Through this class, they not only strengthened their understanding of bus safety but also learned the basic knowledge and operation of first-aid bandaging, which was very beneficial.
