Grade 9 Assembly: Classical Singing

The assembly on May 16 featured Evelyn from class 9(5) as the student representative to talk about her interest. Her interest is classical singing, for which she has been practicing for two and a half years. Evelyn summed up three requirements for being a good singer: being skillful, physically and mentally fit, and expressive. Then, she performed Schubert's Frülingsglaube on the spot. The performance was so wonderful that all students present listened with rapt attention. During the singing, the whole lecture hall was completely silent - all were appreciating the beautiful notes. The performance ended with a great round of applause, and the assembly drew to a perfect close.
