Puxi Grade 3: Chinese Character Competition

March 13, 2023

The strokes of Chinese characters are full of power. Teachers can't do without an important carrier -- Chinese characters. On March 10th, the third grade students in Puxi Campus walked into the world of Chinese characters together, and had a glimpse of the world of Chinese characters in the Chinese character competition.

As the saying goes, if you don't reach the Great Wall, you are not a hero. There are five checkpoints in this competition, namely Shanhai Guan, Zijing Guan, Yanmen Guan, Jiayu Guan and Yumen Guan. The students in each group bravely climbed the Great Wall by looking for typos, guessing words, guessing character riddles, forming characters with parts, adding radicals, etc. They actively used their brains, constantly breaking through the limits.

At the end of the game, there was also a "Let's try" checkpoint as a prize-winning answering session. The students also devoted themselves to the interesting riddles to feel the power of Chinese characters.

After fierce competition, each class finally determined the teams that won the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 awards. They demonstrated excellent Chinese character writing quality, proficiency in Chinese characters and a deep understanding of Chinese character culture.
