SHSID Students Performed Well in 2023 FBLA

The Future Business Leaders Leadership Conference organized by Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) China is designed to develop future business leaders by exposing participants to real-life business situations. The 2023 Future Business Leaders Leadership Conference was held in Shanghai from Feb. 24 to Feb. 26 at the Kerry Hotel Pudong. Participants were divided into teams to choose different subjects and were ranked by their combined scores on case studies and objective tests. In addition, participants also took part in a variety of individual events that range from cyber security to agribusiness.

Under the combined efforts from the participants and the Business Association, the 2023 Future Business Leaders Leadership Conference had come to a perfect conclusion.

This year, SHSID had a total of 12 participants who competed in events such as Marketing, Business Management, and Social Media Strategies. During the three days, every team was fully engaged and prepared to meet other outstanding participants across the country with the utmost enthusiasm and readiness.

SHSID participants’ outstanding performance concluded this conference experience. One SHSID team scored National Top 2 and successfully qualified for the global finals. The other two SHSID teams scored National Top 10. SHSIDers also performed well in individual events, receiving multiple recognitions amongst the National Top 2s and National Top 10s.

SHSID also received the annual award of Outstanding Chapter.

Through this year's Future Business Leaders Leadership Conference, the participating students gained many experiences beyond the awards: they witnessed the real business model, met excellent talents from all over the country, learned how to cooperate and communicate with the team, and also enriched their business knowledge. The 2023 Future Business Leaders Leadership Conference has come to the final chapter, but the students' improvements on the road of business won’t ever stop. We are looking forward to the future performances of the students!
