Seminar on Financial Modeling Course of SHSID High School Held

SHSID will offer a Beyond Course Financial Modeling for high school students in Grades 9-12 this semester and will invite Associate Professor Mr. Min Min from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to teach the course. On the afternoon of February 28, in the Digital Interactive Financial Science Laboratory of Shanghai High School, a group of subject teachers from SHSID’s Math Department and Social Sciences Department had a seminar with Professor Min. The teachers discussed how to provide research courses for gifted high school students to meet their learning interests and future career development needs, how to provide more extracurricular resources, and how to train students to master the most cutting-edge data processing tools and skills to improve their ability of solving real-world problems. The teachers of the two departments will continue to conduct interdisciplinary learning seminars this semester.
