​ Grade 12 Assembly: Table Tennis Class Competition

On October 21, two empty desks sat in the middle of the Xianmian auditorium waiting for an epic match to take place. The whole grade held their breath in anticipation as Mike Chen, captain of the table tennis team, bent his knees to serve.

This Friday’s assembly did not disappoint; exciting table tennis matches took place one after another: Richard, captain of the basketball team, winning two friendly mini matches in a row; Alan vs. Alan; students challenging one another, and so on. Eyes followed left and right, up and down; groans and cheers were heard throughout.

This assembly certainly raised excitement over the Table Tennis Class Competition that will be held soon. Three matches will occur: two singles matches and one doubles match. Sharpen your skills and knowledge of the rules, and volunteer and challenge your friends.
