G6 Chinese: Fantastic Museum Exhibition
It is the year 6066 AD, and you and your companions have just excavated a series of “Cultural Relics of Modern Civilization from the year 2022”! This week, a “Fantastic Museum Exhibition” was held in the sixth-grade Chinese group.
This exhibition consisted of hand-drawn posters by the sixth graders to introduce a real-life object from 2022 and to display it in the same frame as an upgraded version of this product in the year 6066. What did they dig up in 2022? What has become of the newer version of the object? Here is a wonderful display of some students' works.
Cell phones, water bottles, cars, airplanes, DNA swabs, computers, lecterns, lights... The students gave full play to their imagination, independently designed and painted the objects’ appearances of the 6066 edition and introduced in detail their functions, methods of use, as well as design concepts. Many dexterous “Craftsmen” even made a physical model, which amazed and impressed all the viewers.
The sixth-grade Chinese group activities continued this semester’s “Fantasy” theme, further igniting the students creative enthusiasm. The exhibition which combines literature, science and technology and fantasy into life, stimulates students' creative potential and builds up an imaginative world with literary and ideological values by developing childlike imagination. We hope that our students can continue to stand on the fertile land of literature and explore more possibilities of the world!
