Grade 9: 3 v 3 Basketball Game

Just before the exciting Sports Week at the start of October, a friendly basketball tournament was held with all grade-nine classes as participants. Basketball had always been one of the most popular sports in the grade and the students had long been looking forward to it. On the courts, students displayed their unique skills, friendship, and unity. There were always cheers and shouts of encouragement as people urged their classmates on. No matter what the results were, smiles, whether happy or gracious, radiated on every face.

On Wednesday, September 28th, people gathered at the outdoor basketball courts to watch the first half of the preliminary competitions. That day, 9(9) played against 9(8), 9(12) against 9(3), and 9(10) against 9(5). After some fierce competition, classes 9, 3, and 10 came out on top.

The next day, the second round of basketball matches began. On this day, the competition was divided into 9(6) vs. 9(4), 9(1) vs. 9(11) and 9(13) combined, and 9(2) vs. 9(7). In the end, classes 6, 1, and 7 won.

Amidst all the thumping sounds of basketballs hitting the ground and shouts that carried across the court, the vitality brought on by physical wellness and activity coursed throughout the campus, invigorating everything and everyone.
