Maesthetics — 2022 Pi Day Project Showcasing

Art cultivates creativity, while mathematics values reason.

Art concretizes emotion, while mathematics abstracts reality.

Art boosts aesthetics, while mathematics enables science.

Art and mathematics might seem different, but they can be integrated in ways that really shine.

With the theme of this year's Pi Day activity, "Maesthetics", the students from SHSID high school took art as a means of expression to show their understanding of mathematics. From Sep. 1 to Oct. 8, "Maesthetics" awaits in the Art Center.
