Grades 11-12: A Lecture on Drug Safety

During the CAS class on March 2, Mr. Chen from Self-Care Rescue Training and Assurance presented a lecture on drug safety to the 11th- and 12th-grade students.

After talking about the statistics of drug use in different countries, Mr. Chen introduced the sources and health risks of various drugs. He said that drugs may seem to have nothing to do with us, but they are actually present in our lives in many subtle ways. In order to demonstrate more clearly how the wrongdoers can drug people in public, Mr. Chen invited a student from the audience and showed the crowd how he could secretly put drugs in his drink with different small movements. The students were amazed and picked up the awareness to remain alert in public space and pretect themselves well.
