High School Social Science Department: Faculty Meeting

On the afternoon of December 16^th, the faculty members of the Social Science Department gathered together and had a group meeting with the Head of Department Ms. Zhang Li.

First, the teachers had a detailed discussion on the video class to be recorded, including the form, content, duration, etc. It is aimed to enrich the school’s teaching resources and at the same time provide the opportunity for teachers to summarize their teaching achievements.

After that, the teachers brainstormed the MIX Day activities that would be held next year. The teachers had a heated discussion and put forward many interesting ideas, such as teacher-student debate, quiz bowl, simulation games, mock interviews, and mock trials, etc. The teachers aimed to stimulate students’ interest towards social science subjects through various interesting activities and thus help students better focus on their academic interests.
