​Music for People Club: First On-Campus Lunchtime Music Salon in Autumn Held

With flowers flying in October, the sky blue, and the air refreshing, the SHSID Music for People (MFP) club held its first on-campus lunchtime music salon this semester on October 18 in the lobby of Zhentao Building(ZTB). This year, MFP recruited a lot of talented new members. 15 of them came to the venue one after another at noon to get ready for the performance. Dressed in the newly-designed club uniform, the crew looked energetic and eager to perform. This salon was hosted by student club president Feng. Every performer tried their best playing, attracting passing teachers and students to stop and watch.

This was the first MFP music salon this semester and it was also the first time MFP held a music salon in ZTB. They were honored to have High School Principal Mr. Ma, Vice Principal Ms. Liu, MFP advisor Ms. Zhang, Service-Learning Advisor Ms. Liu, and Music Advisor Mr. Li make a special trip to the salon, provide suggestions, and cheer for them.

The salon ended, but the audience was still immersed in the beautiful music world, looking forward to the next on-campus music event. MFP hopes that more students who are interested in music will join the club, and that everyone can find his or her own happiness in the midst of stressful academic lives.
