2021 Three Curricula Exam (Evaluation) Results Released

In July and August of 2021, Shanghai High School International Division began receiving this year’s AP, IB, and A-Level exam results. They are as follows:

1. AP Exam Results

4.5+: The average score of an AP course exam remained 4.5+ (full mark of 5).

400+: Over 400 of SHSID’s10thto 12thgraders took the AP exams at SHSID.

1000+: SHSID students have participated in more than 1000 AP exams that have covered as many as 23 AP subjects.

2. IB Exam Results

100%: All SHSID IB Diploma candidates were awarded IBDP Diplomas.

98%+: Over 98% of IBDP candidates have obtained 40 and above for the Total Points (20.5% globally).

25%+: Over a quarter of IBDP students received the full mark of 45 (globally top 1.5%).

3. A-Level Course Evaluation Results

OxfordAQA decided to continue using in-school Teacher Assessed Grades for 2021, and all SHSID teacher evaluations were understood to be the final grades.

53.8%: Percentage of students earning A or A*

84.6%: Percentage of students earning B or above

75.6%: Percentage of A or A* received for all subjects

The grades of this year’s A-Level students have all satisfied their admission conditions, securing their enrollment into top global universities.
