Grade 8: “A Million Dreams” of Us

“When I was young, I was naive; I was only looking forward to growing up.”

Day by day, month by month, as you bend your fingers and count, the graduation season is nearing! Imagine the graduation day, when grade 8 students will dress up in formal outfits, sing, and dance to the song “A Million Dreams.”

As their graduation approaches, all 8th-grade students are preparing for this grand performance. In YD class on May 13th, students listened to “A Million Dreams,” sang and danced, and learned how to perform this wonderful song.

“A Million Dreams”—a song by a singer called P!nk—was released in 2018. It tells the hopeful journey of pursuing your dreams and creating your eternal summer. With the blessing of this song, it is hoped that the students will carry the courage to chase their kites and bloom in the future.
