Department of Social Sciences: Department Meeting

On the morning of Feb. 19th, the new semester’s meeting of the Department of Social Sciences was held by the head of the department Ms. Zhang Li. First, the schedule of the new semester was made clear based on different grades. This included the teaching plan of G12 with the graduation exam, the new IB and A-level courses offered in G11, and course selection of G9 and G10 students. Later, the teachers discussed the plan and arrangement of MIX Day that would be held in June. In addition, in order to make further contribution to the department and different subjects by using collective intelligence, the teachers planned to collect the case analysis used in class and compile them into a case collection. Meanwhile, the teachers were also encouraged to do teaching reflection to further improve teaching quality and focus on cultivating students' analytical and application skills.
