High School Physics Department: Department Meeting

On December 23, 2020, the Physics department meeting was held in Room 213 of Zhentao Building. Department head Mr. Xu Zhencheng hosted the meeting. Firstly, Mr. Xu briefly summarized all the Blackboard cases and lecture videos provided by physics teachers. All the teachers learned from and analyzed the video recorded by Ms. Li Lejun in laboratory. Then, they had a deeper and further discussion on the physics-biology interdiscipline exploration. After that, Mr. Xu emphasized the importance of academic integrity. The teachers all provide practical and constructive opinions and suggestions on this. They also talked about how to promote traditional culture in teaching physics. The teachers also had an active talk about the revision of the physics syllabus. Lastly, Mr. Xu introduced the modification plan of the physics laboratory and asked for detailed suggestions on furnishing style.

All in all, this department meeting had a warm atmosphere and was highly efficient. Near the end of the semester, each physics teacher will continue to complete their teaching mission with full enthusiasm.
