Grade 6: 3D Modeling Course

This semester, the 3D modeling course of Grade 6 is very popular among students. Through learning modeling skills in class, students can use their own ideas to construct 3D models by using the 3D software 123D Design which makes students feel very excited. For example, the boys who love robots designed and built robot models by themselves; the girls who love decorations designed various exquisite decorations through the modeling software. What makes them feel good and excited is that, in this class, everyone is a maker.

In addition, this course helps students improve their ability of spatial imagination and helps them have a better understanding of geometric knowledge. To stimulate students’ interest, the content of the 3D modeling course is often combined with the holidays, such as, on Halloween, students learned to build a pumpkin lantern, and on Mid-Autumn Festival, students learned to build a beautiful mooncake model, etc. This allows students to integrate the content of the course with their lives.
