SHSID Students Achieved Excellent Results in the National 3D Contest

Since the launch of the 13th National 3D Competition on April 18, 2020, around 265 universities, colleges, schools, and more than 600 teams have joined the national competition to compete for the Dragon Tripod Grand Prize through preliminaries, provincial, and national contests. Under the guidance of Mr. He and the strong support of Mr. Liao, two SHSID students successfully entered the final contest of the National 3D Youth Digital Technology Innovation Design Competition. Having previously won the second prize of the Longding Prize in the Shanghai Competition Area, these students won the third prize in the national finals this December. It is worth mentioning that this is the first time for our school to participate and win a major prize in a national 3D competition. Let's congratulate them!

The National 3D Digital Innovation Design Competition, initiated by 3D Power, has been successfully held for the last 13 years. It has been guided by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, China Association for Science and Technology, etc. As one of the national public welfare events with the largest scale, the highest standard, the strongest level, and the most extensive influence, combined with the "Internet + Innovation" industry event, it has played a positive role in guiding young students to actively participate in the digital economy and era of innovation and entrepreneurship.

The work of SHSID in the final competition, Ark of the Future - Mobile City, is inspired by a famous mobile game. Mobile City, as a city built on mobile devices, is used to avoid frequent and destructive natural disasters and can be used for the urban volume of material transport and large-scale personnel transfer.

Congratulations again to these individuals for their excellent performances at this national competition! We hope the students of 3D Printing Club will make persistent efforts and continue to create brilliant achievements in the future.
