Grade 9: Introduction to the Academy Courses

On Thursday, the 12th of November, all ninth-grade students gathered in the Lecture Hall of Zhentao Building for an introduction to the Academy courses that they will be choosing to take part in for the remainder of the semester.

The thirteen different Academy courses were introduced by the courses’ respective teachers, with subjects ranging from the analysis of traditional Chinese literature to neurobiology. The wide selection provides all students with the opportunity to study a specific subject that they are interested in, cultivating passion, and making the students informed, well-rounded individuals.

The students, after listening to the introductions, had a clearer idea of what Academy courses may entail and were able to choose courses that aligned with their own interests.
