Grade 9: Proverbs and Smile Charity Clubs

On the early morning of October 13th, the whole 9th Grade rushed into the Zhentao Lecture Hall to participate in the weekly lectures. This week’s host, Joyce Hao, came up on stage to start this week’s lecture. As Joyce Hao finished up with introducing the lecture, Tiffany Gui came up on stage to present about the two clubs, Proverbs and Smile Charity. With a sense of “the more the merrier,” Tiffany came up on stage as a leader to advertise the two clubs. The club Proverbs teaches students about various proverbs and life lessons. The club Smile Charity shelps the poor endure the upcoming winter by hand-knitting scarves for them. In other words, both of the clubs exist for the goodness of both the students and their morals. It sure was an informative and encouraging introduction.
