Grade 12: Assembly - The Final Year

On the morning of September 11th, the 12th Grade students attended their first Assembly of the new semester. The head teacher of 12th Grade, Ms. Zhang Yueyue, summed up every memorable moment of their three years in high school. Time flies, and three years of high school have already gone within a blink of eyes. The experience of looking back on what they have done so far in high school generated a sense of mixed feelings within all the presenting12thgraders.

In the 9th Grade, the first year of high school, the students participated in the 28-hour survival training at the Oriental Oasis. During these 28 hours of team activities, they cooked lunch together, set up tents for members, and paddled dragon boats together for the honor of our homerooms. In the 10thGrade,the students listened to the speeches about how to fight against procrastination; they also gave their homeroom teacher a secret surprise on Teacher's Day; they rehearsed a cheerleading dance together in Sports Week; they presented their PGP Artifact in homerooms; and they spent a two-day and one-night discovery adventure in Mount Mogan. In the 11thGrade,some of the studentsran for the new ASB, participated in community services such as Hongmei Primary School, enjoyed the Science Fair, completed various English presentations, learned about their fields of interests through Career Day, demonstrated their language skills at the Chinese Culture Fair, showed their formal look by dressing up for the Winter Ball, won the Excellent Club Award for excellent club running, finished the Junior Project, and excelled in the AP exams despite the epidemic interfering with normal on-campus learning.

At the end of the Assembly, Ms. Zhang Yueyue gave out various awards to the new 12thgraders.In the new school year, which is also the last year of their high school career, as the unbridled epidemic has not hindered them from moving forwards, all 12thgraders hope they will make the most out of this year.
