Sending Hopeful Messages: Best Original Poetry Award

After returning to the campus in May, students of Grades 9 and 10 participated in an original English poetry competition with the theme of "Hope". The students' works brought us all hopeful messages. Hope is different for all of us. Whilst some students opted to write about their own feelings when returning to campus, others wrote more general poems showcasing the ways in which the world around us is hopeful and uplifting. After a few weeks of receiving impressive poetry submissions, the winners of the Best Original Poetry Award have been decided. These poems were judged by Ms. Fox, Ms. Gordon and Mr. Brady. Their beautiful poems are displayed in the lobby of Zhentao Building and on SHSID|Times' official account.
