Chemistry Department: Grade Group Leaders Meeting

The meeting of the SHSID Chemistry grade group leaders was held in Zhentao Building Meeting Room on November 25th, 2019. Chemistry group chief leader Sun Hao and chemistry grade group leaders Chen Lin, Zhao Tao, Pan Tingting, and Zhou Yihua attended the meeting. The meeting focused on how to set the standards for the chemistry courses. As one of the most effective ways to evaluate student learning, designing an examination is one of the most important things teachers do. The grade group leaders discussed many aspects about how to make good test standards: the number of questions, the types of questions, the key points tested by the questions, the difficulty of the questions, the repetition of questions in recent years' tests, and the distinction and weighted average of the questions. The meeting was very helpful for the further development of test standards and for the accurate measuring of student learning.
