Eighth Grade and First Grade Reading Buddies

To motivate all our first graders to read more books for Reading Month, eighth graders from Puxi campus came to read wonderful books to our first graders during recess time from November 19ththrough 22nd.

All the eighth graders put great enthusiasm into reading the books and prepared questions for the first graders. Every first grader enjoyed the reading, which further encouraged them to learn and read more. All our first graders are longing for another visit from our big brothers and sisters in the eighth grade.
