3rd SHS & SHSID Bilingual Debate: 32 Contestants Finally Meet
In September, the third SHS & SHSID Bilingual Debate Competition kicked off. After the preliminary selection of the two divisions, 32 contestants successfully entered the second round.

Around noon on October 14, 2019, the top 32 bilingual debaters from the local and international division of Shanghai High School gathered in B1 of the Zhen Tao building. The players decided their teammates by face-to-face communication, and finally formed eight teams by drawing lots. Each team is made up of four players: two students from SHS and two students from SHSID.

The bilingual debate is not only an opportunity to showcase eloquence, but a platform for the exchange of ideas and team cooperation. Every year, the bilingual debate competition provides the students from both the local and the international division with a stage to compete and cooperate. Students also take this opportunity to participate more in each other's after-school activities.

The four second-round matches and two semi-finals will be held in batches in the same venue. We are looking forward to the heated discussion that the students will bring. The finale of the third bilingual debate competition will be held after school on December 11. Everyone is invited to come watch. Good luck to all of the participants!
