Pudong Grade 3: Math Project Presentation

On October 10th, the third grade students at Pudong campus presented their Place Value Adventure Project during math class.

For this project, the students needed to combine the math knowledge they have learned this semester with their knowledge of social studies. They found lots of fun and unexpected results through this interdisciplinary project. The students rotated to present in groups. They started with a number riddle to introduce the number they were going to talk about. They then shared related math knowledge they learned with their group members. They communicated, discussed, and questioned. This activity not only provided a good chance for the students to review the content they learned at the beginning of the semester, but also targeted the students’ presentation skills.
