Helping the First Graders Get to Know Important People at SHSID

For the Personal Growth class on September 20th, all the grade one students were introduced to some of the important people in the primary section of SHSID. These are the people who will ensure they are safe and happy during their time studying at SHSID.

The first graders met the director of the primary section Ms. Zhang, their copy lady Ms. Chen, their school nurse Ms. Xu, their receptionist Ms. Shen, and their janitors in the primary building. Director Zhang even made a short video inviting the first graders to drop by her office and say hello to her!

After this Personal Growth class, all the first graders knew a lot of the important people in the school and places that they might need to go during the school year. They understand that many people are working very hard to ensure that they can study safely and happily.
