Pudong Campus: The colorful After School Clubs

It has been three weeks since the semester began, and now it’s time to attend afterschool clubs! This semester, teachers at SHSID Pudong division prepared interesting clubs of different varieties, giving students more choices and chances to learn. Clubs include: the Baseball Club, the Adventure of Scientific Exploring Club, the “Boson Kit” Maker Club, the Art Club, and the VEX robot Club. Each club has a unique focus, but they are all exciting and enlightening!

After the last bell of the school day rang on September 20th, the students assembled in different classrooms, waiting for their first day in a new club. With the guidance of their teachers, students engaged and interacted with one another in their after-school clubs. Using the scientific methods they learned in class, the club members of the Science club made audacious hypotheses and conducted interesting experiments; in the Baseball Club, the students put in a lot of hard work and developed their baseball skills; in the “Boson Kit” Maker Club, the little inventors made electronic components with the guidance of their teachers; the Art Club created artistic designs in a relaxing, joyful and creative atmosphere. Not only do the clubs enrich student’s extracurricular experiences, but they also help students develop their interests and hobbies.
