Pudong G1-3：A Special Science Class

On Sep 17th, 2019, grade one to grade three students had a special science class in the auditorium at SHSID Pudong Campus. As we all know, medicine is the guardian of our bodies when we are sick. In order to help students learn more about medicine, we invited Professor Huang from the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica to introduce this topic. During the lecture, students learned about how medicine works in the human body and about different types of medicine. Our presenter also prepared a Q&A session to interact with the students. At the end of this activity, students all had a better understanding about medicine and knew the importance of keeping their bodies healthy. From this expert lecture, students were provided a better learning opportunity and were more motivated to learn about the important topic.
