High School Biology Department: Department Meeting

On August 28, 2019, the first SHSID high school biology department meeting of the semester was held in Room 202 of Xianmian Building. The goal of the meeting was to plan out the new semester and to summarize the work done in the previous school year. The topics of this meeting included high school classroom technology policy, high school monthly evaluation, teacher development recording platform, smart school systems, work summary, and planning. In the meeting, the department head emphasized the focus of this semester’s work. Teachers then shared their teaching experiences and discussed problems students experienced in the previous school year. Teachers also reflected on things they need to improve and presented their teaching plans for the new semester. The meeting went smoothly and ended in time. Thanks to this productive meeting, the biology teachers are now clear about the teaching tasks and aims in the new semester.
