Performances at Graduate Season

From May 20th to May 24th, five consecutive performances were held in Drama Center. The main performers were seniors in high school, and they used different kinds of music performance to memorize their school lives before graduation ceremony.

Also, on May 24th, SHSID’s student led drama club, Live 2 Drama, pulled off the opening night of their 2019 musical production Legally Blonde: An L2D Recreation and Production successfully.

The 2-hour long performance was held at the Grand Auditorium. Numerous students, teachers, and parents of SHSID attended the opening night, giving their warmest applause and support to the talented students on and off-stage.

Every year, Live 2 Drama presents a 2-hour long theater production onstage, wishing to bring laughter and tear to students, parents, and teachers. Successful past productions include Almost, Maine, Grease, and High School Musical. This year, Live 2 Drama decides to recreate the famous Broadway musical Legally Blonde, double casting the female lead Elle Woods for the first time with Fiona Charlier and Teresa Xiao. Elle Woods was played by Fiona Charlier on the opening night and will be played by Teresa Xiao in our next show on May 29th.
